What we collect, and nothing more
When you ask for a quote we keep what you typed into the form: name, email, phone, the service you picked and the message. Nothing else. We do not ask for your address, tax number or payment details.
That information reaches us by email and stays in our inbox. This website has no customer database.
Why we are allowed to use it
Because you ticked the box before sending, and because without that information we cannot get back to you. We use it for one thing only: answering your enquiry and, if it goes ahead, running the job. We do not use it for advertising and we never sell or share it.
How long we keep it
If the enquiry does not turn into a job, we delete it after a year. If it does, we keep what the law requires us to keep about completed work, for the legal invoicing and warranty periods.
Cookies: none of ours
We set no cookies of our own. There is no Google Analytics, no social pixel, no tracking by us. The only thing we store in your browser is whether you chose Portuguese or English, so the page opens in the right language next time, and that never leaves your device.
There is one exception, and we would rather say it than hide it: the map in the footer belongs to Google, and when it loads it is Google that sets cookies, not us. We explain it right below.
The map in the footer
The footer carries a map of the showroom provided by Google. When it loads, a Google service opens inside our page: Google learns your IP address and sets its own cookies, and Google’s privacy rules apply as well as ours.
The map only loads once the footer comes close to the screen. If you never scroll that far, it never happens. To avoid it entirely, block third-party cookies in your browser: the rest of the site works just the same, and the address and phone number are still written here as plain text.
Who else handles the data
The site is hosted by Vercel, which like any host logs requests to the server. Form submissions are sent by email through Gmail. Both process the data on our behalf and cannot use it for anything else.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. A phone call or a message is enough. We do not need a reason and we charge nothing. If you think we handled your data badly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (cnpd.pt).
