Electrical refurbishment
House in Colares
Colares, Sintra · 2023
- Installation replaced in full
- Board sized to the real load
- House lived in during the works
In an old house the temptation is to reuse whatever is already there. Here everything was redone: new chases in stone walls, new cabling and a new board, sized to what the house has now rather than what it had thirty years ago. It is the kind of job where all the work disappears behind the plaster and is judged only by the board.
What we did
- New chases and cabling in stone walls.
- Complete replacement of the old installation.
- New board, sized to the real load.
- Wiring devices and lighting throughout the house.
