We followed this house from the foundations. The conduit went in before the walls were closed and the supply ducts were buried along with the rest of the services, which avoids digging trenches once the job is finished. The house was split into five independent boards, one per zone, so a fault at the pool does not leave the first floor in the dark.
What we did
- Conduit and boxes before plastering, throughout the house.
- Buried ducts for the exterior supply and the pool.
- Five boards: basement, garage, ground, first floor and pool.
- Wiring devices and lighting fitted at finishing stage.
